Flower Calendar - To reserve a date for presenting flowers, simply write your name on the calendar and indicate whether your gift is in memory or in honor of someone special. The calendar is located as you exit the sanctuary on the left by the organ.

Nursery Help Needed - We have open spots in our nursery schedule and would greatly appreciate your help in filling these. You may volunteer for one Sunday every other month. You must be 18 years of age or older. We need two adults at a time in the nursery. If you can help us, please see Libba Carson or e-mail her at carson804@att.net

Mailboxes - There are mailboxes located in the church office for:

• staff members
• committees
• United Methodist Men
• United Methodist Women
• the church archives
• the church newsletter

You are welcome to communicate a need, idea, etc. to any of these by writing it down and dropping it in the appropriate mailbox.  No stamp is needed!

The Upper Room Daily Devotional Guide - If you need a resource for strengthening you spiritually, try using the The Upper Room. Copies are available on the credenza in the sanctuary. Feel free to take one. If you are able, and would like to make a donation for it, just leave a dollar in the basket located close by.

Church Newsletter - The Grapevine - is printed every other month. The Grapevine is distributed electronically by e-mail. Those members who want a printed copy may request one by contacting Sharon Miller, Sharon Chandler, or e-mail mtzion@nctv.com with "Newsletter" in the subject line.

All officers of the church and committee chairs are requested to communicate their activities by e-mailing them to mtzion@nctv.com with "Newsletter" in the subject line. Printed submissions may also be left in the "Newsletter" mailbox in the church office. Please follow the schedule below for submission deadlines.

Church members and attendees are encouraged to submit articles for publication that pertain to church activities or themes related to our faith, outreach, patriotism, or community events. The editors reserve the right to accept or reject submissions, as well as to make minor changes in the articles prior to publication.
